Transforming Lufthansa Cargo's customer experience
Manyone has been working on UX/UI design for Lufthansa Cargo for a year and a half and has now won a multi-stage pitch for Digital Sales.
Over the next three years, Manyone will advise the leader in air freight transport and be responsible for customer experience strategy, UX/UI design, and content strategy and design.

Designing new lounges at Düsseldorf Airport
Additionally, we are delighted to announce the awarding of another strategic design project, this time for our new client and partner, Düsseldorf Airport.
As part of the successful bid, the Manyone team has been contracted to design three lounges operated by Düsseldorf Airport: the Hugo Junkers Lounge, the Open Sky Lounge, and the VIP lounges.
This is an extensive multidisciplinary, strategic design and branding project and a challenging mix between experience design, digital and physical lounge design, service design and brand and business strategy.

"At DUS, the ‘fascination of flying’ and professionalism go hand in hand. Our aim is to continue to exceed our passengers' high expectations of an excellent airport in the future. That is why we are continuing to increase the range of services and the quality of stay in our lounges: more variety, more sustainability, more individuality, more regionality, more digital services. We are looking forward to working with Manyone to create future-proof concepts for our customers."
