We partnered with Microtech to lead the system engineering, industrial design, mechanical engineering, and digital experience for their new monitoring solution for CHF patients, physicians & caregivers.

A multi-functional solution

During our work and research, we've understood that we must design a solution that will adhere to the needs and requirements of multiple types of end-users; technicians, patients, and physicians.
The system was carefully designed to fit relevant usage scenarios and provide each end-user with a clear and simple user experience.

We have created a new form factor for the system probe & evaluated its compliance with consumers & Cardiologists.

We have created comprehensive, legible and precise instructions, adjusted for different target user groups combining text, visuals, videos & animations.

Usability and compliance throughout the whole design and development process

Usability and user experience are critical when designing medical devices; our work focused on experimentation, validation, and quick iterations to make sure every aspect of the usage with the system is examined, tested and approved.
