Enter Norlys: A modern utility company showing the showing the power of cooperatives.
Norlys is the result of a merger between two of Denmark’s largest utility companies – combining portfolios of both utility and telco brands. The result of the merger is the largest energy and telco company in Denmark with more than 1,5 million customers.
We joined them early in their transformation process. Designing and developing their digital identity and their web presence while also supporting them with strategic design initiatives.
The first milestone was a website to clearly distinguishes Norlys from their competitors on the market. Shortly after, we helped launch a brand new self-service platform for Norlys’ customers.
Throughout the process, Manyone worked closely with internal and external partners on guidance and implementation to secure a smooth transition.
The new website creates a solid, digital foundation for Norlys to build on, and it was just the beginning of a strong partnership between Norlys and Manyone.
