An immersive extended reality installation

We partnered with GuardKnox, an autotech company, to create an immersive XR installation using Microsoft HoloLens. By blending digital storytelling with physical design, the experience allowed users to explore GuardKnox's technology in an engaging, interactive way through a guided and tactile narrative. The experience was developed in just four months.

Challenge

Showcasing the full potential of GuardKnox's offerings

GuardKnox needed an innovative way to showcase the full potential of their services and technology to prospective clients. The goal was to create an interactive, immersive environment combining physical space with digital layers, encouraging users to engage more deeply with their offerings.

Approach

Blending digital and physical worlds

A multidisciplinary team crafted a hybrid XR experience using spatial, 3D, and UX design.

To engage with the experience, users don a Microsoft HoloLens, which, once equipped, guides them through a captivating narrative that expands upon the fast-moving digital future of the automotive industry.

Aided by the voice and directions of an interactive assistant, the user is guided through the experience. Interactive buttons are hidden below the surface, providing a smooth and tactile experience when the users are invited to interact with the fabric of the installation.
