Copenhagen’s creative harborfront

Welcome to the dynamic neighborhood of Nordhavn – Copenhagen's North Harbour. Here, you’ll find one of Northern Europe’s most extensive city district development programs, rich in architecture, vibe, and business.

Our Copenhagen office occupies the top floor of the refurbished Pakhus 48, a 1950s warehouse. Nested at the tip of the Sundmolen pier, an office visit includes a stunning view of the Copenhagen harbourfront.

The district itself is also well worth a visit. Our neighbors include some of the world’s leading furniture and architecture studios, such as Gubi, Kvadrat, and Vitra, alongside COBE, Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, and the Bjarke Ingels Group HQ.

Getting here is a pleasure. It’s accessible by car, but you can also enjoy a scenic boat bus ride here or a lovely harborside bike ride. Or arrive by Metro and experience, arguably, the most beautiful Metro station in Copenhagen.
