Reshaping the classic home internet router
Bezeq tasked Manyone with redesigning its home router to go beyond functionality, creating a device that blends seamlessly with modern interiors. The result is the BE router, a stylish, antenna-free device with a focus on regional design aesthetics and ease of use. The elegant award-winning router exemplifies form-meets-function.
Modernizing home connectivity
Bezeq wanted to develop a home router that delivered excellent performance without the industrial look of typical networking equipment. The challenge was to design a device that could dissipate heat, simplify usability, and enhance its role as a visible part of the home environment – all while remaining cost-effective in production.
Marrying aesthetics and function
We crafted a router that eliminated external antennas and implemented a minimalist, intuitive design. Challenges such as heat dissipation were viewed as opportunities, allowing us to deliver an integrated solution that spoke to the overall design experience of the product. Our design eliminated external antennas, dramatically simplifying the interface and its usability while also keeping production costs competitive. Cultural visual codes inspired a design that is both stylish and homely, and established a new visual language for Bezeq’s brand.
A new brand standard in home technology
The BE router achieved high praise, winning a Red Dot Design Award for its unique aesthetic and functionality. The device now serves as both a high-performance router and a subtle design piece, blending into living spaces while enhancing Bezeq’s brand identity. The product’s success elevates Bezeq’s presence in connected home technology.
Like a minimalist, digital statue, the Be fiber router blends into the living space and attracts attention.
