Business transformation

Overview

Transform with design-driven change management

Standing still is not an option for businesses and organizations facing change. You risk falling behind, losing market share, and becoming obsolete by failing to adapt.

From burnout to breakthrough

Change is essential for survival and growth. However, many organizations suffer from change fatigue, where constant shifts and unclear directives lead to employee burnout and resistance. The key to overcoming this is not more change but better-designed change.

Design-driven change reduces risks, boosts resilience

Just as you would only launch a product with careful design, why would you risk this for your business transformation? The design-driven change ensures intentional and effective outcomes by engaging all levels of your organization. This approach reduces risk and resistance while encouraging collective creativity and resilience.

Our approach

As strategic designers, we know how to create demand, transforming a push into a pull. We apply these same methods and principles to organizational transformations, driving demand for change by making it desirable, understandable, and tangible.

We are not change managers, but we make change happen. We understand people and their importance in this process. Strategy activation depends on making changes appealing and meaningful throughout an organization.

Intertwining design and change management, we focus on shifting perceptions, behaviors, and interactions to achieve successful and lasting change.

We're here to help you with

  • Change readiness assessment
  • Change awareness building
  • Communication programs
  • Prototyping change
  • Designing and driving transformation programs
  • Implementing new ways of working
  • Capability building
We have created such a big pull from the organization that we almost can't keep up with the demand. Now, it's our turn to deliver on our promises.

Vueling

Employee-empowered transformation at all levels

With Vueling, one of Europe's leading low-cost carriers, we undertook a large-scale transformation program to make the organization more customer-centric, efficient, and innovative.

This was made possible by bringing employees closer to the airline's mission and ambition and guiding them to take control of the innovation and transformation at all levels throughout the organization. This created employee engagement and helped to implement new ways of working in the process.

01

Shifting technology adoption from management push to employee pull

Through design-driven change, we enable organizations to understand better the value and opportunities of new technologies and how to integrate them into processes and teams intentionally.

  • Understand why employees are reluctant to adopt new technologies

  • Develop a clear position and purpose for the technology in the organization

  • Empower employees to co-design new ways of working and use cases

  • Build awareness, desire, and ability to work with new technologies.

02

Scaling change through experimentation and iterative execution

Accelerate organizational change by prototyping and testing the structures and culture you aim to grow while actively building new parts of your business or organization.

  • Design and drive transformation programs

  • Prototype and test new organizational structures, teams, and processes

  • Make change tangible and desirable through design experiments

  • Scale strategic initiatives from pilot projects to fully operational departments.

Strengthen strategic engagement with capability building and employee involvement

Transforming culture, fostering new abilities, and engaging employees hinges on deep understanding and active involvement. By employing people-centric design processes, we can create long-lasting organizational changes firmly rooted in the employees' experiences and perspectives.

  • Mobilise, engage, and get employee contributions for strategic initiatives

  • Deliver while simultaneously developing employees through train-the-trainer

  • Develop and design training programs and masterclasses

  • Foster and strengthen an innovation mindset and culture throughout the organization.
