Embarking on a journey with Austrian Airlines to build a compelling employer brand and optimise talent attraction and onboarding.
Weathering the storm
In the wake of a worldwide pandemic and an ever-changing job market with rising expectations from candidates, Austrian Airlines faced the challenge of building a future-ready workforce.
To stay competitive, Austrian Airlines worked with Manyone to reposition its Employee Value Proposition and introduce a state-of-the-art recruitment process.
Insight, co-creation, take-off
The first step was a deep analysis of existing recruiting and onboarding processes. This included interviews, focus groups, workshops and discussions with candidates and employees and an external perspective on HR trends and expectations.
Next, the teams from Manyone and Austrian Airlines came together to create the new employer brand, reflecting Austrian Airlines' culture, values, and future aspirations. A brand revealing the people behind the national airline.
Besides a new Employee Value Proposition, Austrian Airlines now has a beautiful Career Page and a state-of-the-art Talent Attraction process: Candidates can apply effortlessly with a single click while hiring managers benefit from intelligent, automated workflows.
"The strategic cooperation with Manyone is a milestone for Austrian Airlines' employer branding. Together with the team from Manyone, we have created a brand that perfectly embodies our cultural DNA and future ambitions. This partnership shows how visions become tangible results and underlines our commitment to a successful future."
