A place to grow
You make us better and we make you better. Working alongside great talents with ambitious global clients will make you grow both as a person and a professional.
Freedom to make a difference
We're a team-of-teams-based organization, convinced that collaboration makes us stronger and that we can do better when moving forward together. Our collaboration is built on trust with plenty of personal autonomy, team freedom, and only the rules needed to be your best.
Ambitious like no other
We share an ambition to change the world for the better, nothing less. We're trailblazing the industry with a desire to grow. Not for money or fame but for maximum impact.
Committed to diversity and inclusion
Manyone is rooted in a Scandinavian tradition of democracy, empathy, and flat organizations. Diversity and inclusion are our commitments. We are all unique – that is what unites us. We keep going to bring down biases and shape the world's best creative workplace.
Caring is our motive
We enjoy sharing challenges and successes, sweat and tears, geeking out, the rabbit holes, and the coffee talks. Because we care.
Start-up mentality
We're change-makers with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong belief that what got us here won't take us there. Agility, adaptability, experimentation, and new ways of working are embedded in our culture.
Grow with us
Curious about where you might fit in, where to start, and how you can grow with Manyone?
At Manyone, we have a number of different employee levels, from Intern to Director. Levels help clarify roles and responsibilities on the team and in the company, but they won't define you at Manyone. Only your participation will.
Dive into our different levels and learn what it's like to work at Manyone when it comes to projects, teams, and the business dynamics of our company.
Intern
That you chose Manyone as part of your education makes us proud, and we'll help you learn as much as possible. It'll be fun and challenging as you step into the 'real world.' Promise.
Projects
Being an Intern at Manyone is all about learning and absorbing. We expect you to be proactive and always look for ways to apply your skills. You'll receive tons of feedback that will help you later in your career.
People
As part of the team, we expect you to be skilled at communicating and collaborating. Both are core parts of your job, both on and off the project.
Profit
As you work on client projects, you and your team make the wheels spin at Manyone. This is the business side of your work, and it makes everything possible. However, it also comes with constraints in terms of the time available, client needs, quality demands, and so on. We expect you to be curious about these dynamics.
Junior
You're probably a recent graduate, and you're starting your professional journey with us at entry level. We see great potential in you, and there's plenty of room to grow here.
Projects
Your formal education has given you all kinds of tools. It's time to put them to use on real client projects. Finally! We expect you to keep exploring and improving your skills and to be able to communicate your thoughts, ideas, and work to other people on your team and to the client.
People
Being a full team member means playing an active role in team activities and lending a helping hand whenever needed. And if things get tough, your more senior team members will, of course, be there for you.
Profit
Manyone is a business, and we expect you to be exposed to that daunting thing: the business part of design. We expect you to be aware of the constraints of a project, the role of your colleagues, client dynamics, and their business needs.
Mid-level
It’s been a few years since you started your career, and you're increasingly comfortable taking on more responsibility for projects and their outcomes. You might have your sights set on a specific career path, and you're still learning and adopting new skills.
Projects
Your work is solid, high quality, and well thought out. Deadlines are tight, clients have a lot of demands, and you know what it takes. You're ready to lead part of a project and present your work to the client. That’s how you grow and move forward.
People
You're a valuable member of any team, so we expect you to represent Manyone well. Junior team members increasingly turn to you for guidance. In addition, we expect you to participate in Manyone's global design community, which is a great way to learn from, connect with, and give back to your peers worldwide.
Profit
You know that Manyone is a business where time, budget, quality, and client needs must all balance for Manyone to be profitable and grow. You're also looking for new ways to help build more business with existing clients.
Senior
As a Senior, you are great at execution and show great confidence. We expect you to clearly communicate your points. You are a trusted partner to Leads and Directors, proven dependable and efficient, and always looking to improve your discipline and support those with less seniority than you.
Projects
Because you've been there before, you can adapt your skills to many different project scenarios and challenges. You are hands-on during production planning and execution, bringing your ideas and presence to every decision. We expect you to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, take charge when things get tough, and work directly with Leads and Directors to define a project's strategic direction.
People
You're a role model who helps others grow, and you're a mentor to those in your discipline who are less senior than you. We expect you to be generous with your time and to motivate people by contributing to or leading culture-growing initiatives beyond projects.
Profit
We expect you to know that keeping our business in good shape is essential. So, you must be comfortable with being on the business side of things, from budgets and timelines to creating more business with existing clients.
Lead
You have established your expertise and seniority through your impressive work and emerging leadership. But being a Lead at Manyone is no walk in the park. At this level, we will ask a lot of you.
Projects
From start to finish, you're comfortable leading projects. Delegating is critical, but taking part in hands-on action and leading by example is also important. The goal is also for you to become a coach more than a player while still being very close to the actual work. When it comes to ideas and execution, we expect you to be able to see the big picture but also drill down into the details. In front of clients, you're a true superstar.
People
There is no room for design divas because, as a Lead, the team looks to you for leadership and inspiration. And you always lead by example. It's your job to ensure team members who are less senior than you feel seen, heard, and supported. In one way or another, you also play an active role in building a better Manyone, within your team or globally.
Profit
As a Lead, you'll be invited to – and maybe even own – several new business meetings. Your job will be to put your vision into action, work with the team to define timelines and budgets and lead pitches and other business development activities. Whenever a project is on, we expect you to understand the numbers, from budgeting to gross profit.
Director
What's up, Director? You're an industry leader; people look to you for answers to the most challenging questions. You won't necessarily have all the answers, but you'll be expected to lead the way.
Projects
Your role is to set the direction and lead projects. Ultimately, you are responsible for the process and outcome, and while still hands-on, you're most often orchestrating things and making sure what we deliver is of the highest quality and on target.
People
We expect you to be the ultimate role model and carrier of Manyone culture. Please be sure to exercise this power carefully. Additionally, as a Director, you may be asked to manage a team at Manyone. That’s the role we call a Team Lead. It means you'll be responsible for building the team, its culture, and its connections with other Manyone teams. Doesn't get much bigger than that.
Profit
Manyone's business is your business, and just like the Lead, you deeply understand our business dynamics. The role calls for you to lead business development activities and expand or amplify Manyone's expertise. Clients depend on you for everything that's next.
