Grow with us

Curious about where you might fit in, where to start, and how you can grow with Manyone?

At Manyone, we have a number of different employee levels, from Intern to Director. Levels help clarify roles and responsibilities on the team and in the company, but they won't define you at Manyone. Only your participation will.

Dive into our different levels and learn what it's like to work at Manyone when it comes to projects, teams, and the business dynamics of our company.

That you chose Manyone as part of your education makes us proud, and we'll help you learn as much as possible. It'll be fun and challenging as you step into the 'real world.' Promise.

Projects

Being an Intern at Manyone is all about learning and absorbing. We expect you to be proactive and always look for ways to apply your skills. You'll receive tons of feedback that will help you later in your career.

People

As part of the team, we expect you to be skilled at communicating and collaborating. Both are core parts of your job, both on and off the project.

Profit

As you work on client projects, you and your team make the wheels spin at Manyone. This is the business side of your work, and it makes everything possible. However, it also comes with constraints in terms of the time available, client needs, quality demands, and so on. We expect you to be curious about these dynamics.

You're probably a recent graduate, and you're starting your professional journey with us at entry level. We see great potential in you, and there's plenty of room to grow here.

Projects

Your formal education has given you all kinds of tools. It's time to put them to use on real client projects. Finally! We expect you to keep exploring and improving your skills and to be able to communicate your thoughts, ideas, and work to other people on your team and to the client.

People

Being a full team member means playing an active role in team activities and lending a helping hand whenever needed. And if things get tough, your more senior team members will, of course, be there for you.

Profit

Manyone is a business, and we expect you to be exposed to that daunting thing: the business part of design. We expect you to be aware of the constraints of a project, the role of your colleagues, client dynamics, and their business needs.

It’s been a few years since you started your career, and you're increasingly comfortable taking on more responsibility for projects and their outcomes. You might have your sights set on a specific career path, and you're still learning and adopting new skills.

Projects

Your work is solid, high quality, and well thought out. Deadlines are tight, clients have a lot of demands, and you know what it takes. You're ready to lead part of a project and present your work to the client. That’s how you grow and move forward.

People

You're a valuable member of any team, so we expect you to represent Manyone well. Junior team members increasingly turn to you for guidance. In addition, we expect you to participate in Manyone's global design community, which is a great way to learn from, connect with, and give back to your peers worldwide.

Profit

You know that Manyone is a business where time, budget, quality, and client needs must all balance for Manyone to be profitable and grow. You're also looking for new ways to help build more business with existing clients.

As a Senior, you are great at execution and show great confidence. We expect you to clearly communicate your points. You are a trusted partner to Leads and Directors, proven dependable and efficient, and always looking to improve your discipline and support those with less seniority than you.

Projects

Because you've been there before, you can adapt your skills to many different project scenarios and challenges. You are hands-on during production planning and execution, bringing your ideas and presence to every decision. We expect you to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, take charge when things get tough, and work directly with Leads and Directors to define a project's strategic direction.

People

You're a role model who helps others grow, and you're a mentor to those in your discipline who are less senior than you. We expect you to be generous with your time and to motivate people by contributing to or leading culture-growing initiatives beyond projects.

Profit

We expect you to know that keeping our business in good shape is essential. So, you must be comfortable with being on the business side of things, from budgets and timelines to creating more business with existing clients.

You have established your expertise and seniority through your impressive work and emerging leadership. But being a Lead at Manyone is no walk in the park. At this level, we will ask a lot of you.

Projects

From start to finish, you're comfortable leading projects. Delegating is critical, but taking part in hands-on action and leading by example is also important. The goal is also for you to become a coach more than a player while still being very close to the actual work. When it comes to ideas and execution, we expect you to be able to see the big picture but also drill down into the details. In front of clients, you're a true superstar.

People

There is no room for design divas because, as a Lead, the team looks to you for leadership and inspiration. And you always lead by example. It's your job to ensure team members who are less senior than you feel seen, heard, and supported. In one way or another, you also play an active role in building a better Manyone, within your team or globally.

Profit

As a Lead, you'll be invited to – and maybe even own – several new business meetings. Your job will be to put your vision into action, work with the team to define timelines and budgets and lead pitches and other business development activities. Whenever a project is on, we expect you to understand the numbers, from budgeting to gross profit.

What's up, Director? You're an industry leader; people look to you for answers to the most challenging questions. You won't necessarily have all the answers, but you'll be expected to lead the way.

Projects

Your role is to set the direction and lead projects. Ultimately, you are responsible for the process and outcome, and while still hands-on, you're most often orchestrating things and making sure what we deliver is of the highest quality and on target.

People

We expect you to be the ultimate role model and carrier of Manyone culture. Please be sure to exercise this power carefully. Additionally, as a Director, you may be asked to manage a team at Manyone. That’s the role we call a Team Lead. It means you'll be responsible for building the team, its culture, and its connections with other Manyone teams. Doesn't get much bigger than that.

Profit

Manyone's business is your business, and just like the Lead, you deeply understand our business dynamics. The role calls for you to lead business development activities and expand or amplify Manyone's expertise. Clients depend on you for everything that's next.

Meet a Manyone

Strategist

Hi, I'm Emaële

I've been with Manyone since 2021. My background is in Economics and Strategic Design. I started at Manyone as a Junior Strategist and since the beginning, I had the chance to contribute to different projects ranging from Brand Strategy, and Customer Experience, all the way to the conceptualisation of new innovation centres.

I love working in multidisciplinary teams, combining design and strategy. I’m driven and like to discover new topics and broaden my skill set constantly. I can’t foresee the future but I believe that strategic design is the best way to approach 21st-century challenges and I am proud to be part of this new era.

Industrial Designer

Hi, I'm Michal

I've worked at Manyone since 2021. After studying industrial design at university, I joined Prime. Once Prime officially joined Manyone, we started investing in more research projects, which sparked my interest in design research. Additionally, as an aesthetic enthusiast and a social media pro, I took over the social media management of the Tel Aviv branch, working closely with the Manyone Marcom team.

While I’m on my journey as an industrial designer, I’m eager to participate more in XR projects and create immersive experiences. I'm also eager to collaborate with other designers and disciplines to expand my expertise.

I strongly believe that multidisciplinary teams are the most effective way to learn and discover.

Senior Strategist

Hi, I'm Sven

I've been at Manyone since 2021 and started as a digital strategist. I’m originally from Germany, but I work in Copenhagen. My professional background is within classical consultancies and as an in-house business transformation consultant in the banking industry. I have a bachelor's in business, Chinese language, and culture studies from the UK and China and a master’s in organizational innovation and entrepreneurship from Denmark.

I'm incredibly passionate about solving business puzzles and uncovering strategic opportunities. While at Manyone, I'll actively push for continuous learning and opportunities that satisfy my curiosity.

Culture Design Lead

Hi, I'm Liza

I’ve been with Manyone since 2019. My background is in digital design at various agencies, and I an education from Hyper Island. I joined Manyone as a Digital Designer, and over time, I started running several culture initiatives – leaning more and more into my interest in culture and organizational design. I’m very passionate about shaping Manyone as a workplace and happy that I have transitioned into a new role as Culture Design Lead. I’ve never liked to be boxed in, so this doesn’t necessarily feel like a shift in my career.

I’m ambitious and curious, and I like to learn new things. I don’t know what the future holds, but hopefully it will contain a lot of professional growth and challenges that I can be part of solving. I am a designer, after all.

UX Design Director

Hi, I'm Lewis

My Many-Journey started in 2019 in Rotterdam. I originally joined Manyone as a design lead to build a studio from the ground up in The Netherlands. We spent a year doing this with one specific (in hindsight…a little too specific) ambition: selling design as a tool for sustainable transformation. Timing, narrative, COVID, and Manyone, perhaps carrying less weight back then, meant we were just not able to get things off the ground.

Within one month of Rotterdam's closing, I worked as a designer at our Copenhagen office, leading digital product, strategic concept vision, and XR design projects. Originally from the UK and having lived in eight different countries, I believe the best Manyone is a diverse one. When we speak, work, and move with integrity… Manyone will listen to you.

Strategic Design Lead

Hi, I'm Mia

I joined Manyone in 2022 and immediately felt at home. My educational background is a combination of commercial and marketing with an international orientation, but my professional passion has always been focused on communication.

I’ve spent several years in the Danish agency business learning about and working with loyalty programs, branding, campaigns, and a fair share of CRM ecosystems and content creation. And I’m putting all that accumulated knowledge into my current role to give my team the best possible working conditions and deliver on-point strategic design to our clients.

Looking ahead, I could see an element of more formal People management as a natural part of my work life.

Global Managing Partner

Hi, I'm Hannah

I've been at Manyone since 2019. Before that, I was part of Molamil for 4.5 years, a digital agency that was acquired and became part of Manyone.  Always curious about one too many things, I dabbled in international economics and fashion design before finishing my MSc in Digital Innovation and Management at the IT University in Copenhagen, specializing in Big Data Analysis. At Manyone, I started as a strategist, became a Team Lead, and was promoted to Global Partner and Head of Emerging Technology before becoming a Global Managing Partner.

Today, I support teams globally with emerging technology projects, develop strategic partnerships, and consider conversations we should participate in in the Emerging Tech Universe (currently, there is a lot of Extended Reality and Artificial Intelligence). I'm passionate about contributing and challenging us to work towards a better future every day.

Strategic Design Director, Partner

Hi, I'm Adam

I’ve been with Manyone since 2000. I studied automotive design at Northumbria University in the UK. I then spent a year working as an exterior/interior car designer in Italy before returning to Northumbria to pursue a Master's degree in Multidisciplinary Design Innovation. Before joining Manyone, I mainly worked as a Service Designer, both in-house and agency-side. My last role was leading the in-house Service Design team at Vueling Airlines in Barcelona, Spain.

My current role at Manyone is Strategic Design Director, Partner, and Team Lead at Manyone Barcelona.

None of us know what the future holds, but I’m confident enough to predict further success and growth for Manyone.
