M1 is Manyone’s in-house AI agent, created to activate the full power of our global collective – what we call the Manyone Million Brain. By connecting data across systems and teams, M1 transforms how we access and share knowledge. It’s more than just a tool; it’s a cultural shift that helps us move faster, work smarter, and collaborate better across borders.

With a growing team spread across time zones and disciplines, our knowledge was becoming harder to reach. Valuable insights sat scattered in Zoom recordings, archived projects, and internal tools, often accessible only to a few. This slowed down decision-making and collaboration, and made it harder for teams to build on what others had done before.


Approach

Building a tailored AI solution

We designed and built M1 entirely in-house, combining advanced language models with n8n’s modular automation platform. This setup gives us total control over what M1 can access and do, ensuring legal and ethical compliance. Integrated with tools like Slack, Zoom, and Pipedrive, M1 only accesses scoped, non-sensitive data, with built-in guardrails to maintain transparency and trust.
