Elevating the online experience for modern TV viewers
We partnered with yes to transform its decade-old web presence into a modern platform catering to today’s streaming-savvy audience. In under a year, the project streamlined a fragmented CMS landscape, revamped user experience with a modular approach, and established a cohesive digital identity. The result: a sleek, user-centered site that positions yes as a premium streaming leader.
Modernizing a decade-old web presence
yes approached Manyone to help drive the strategy, information architecture, UX, and design of their web presence. The new site needed to be built around the needs of modern TV consumers, focusing on self-service and troubleshooting. The project faced the unique challenge of consolidating a 10-year-old, multi-CMS site into a modern solution, all while meeting an ambitious timeline of less than one year.
Agile teamwork for rapid transformation
Following a digital strategy sprint, we developed an intimate knowledge of yes’ product lineup, commercial and go-to market strategy, and its cross-channel customer experience. We built an ambitious plan to redesign the new website in just 6.5 months.
By dividing the site into four modules and running parallel sprints, we tackled design, UX, and information architecture simultaneously. Alongside building a versatile design system, we evolved yes’ digital brand language to deliver a cohesive, modern platform.
A premium platform for a streaming leader
The new platform is built to enhance its modern, streaming-focused offering, yes+. The website builds on the yes+ design language and spotlights the brand’s original content, while simplifying account management and purchase flows. With a robust knowledge base and an elevated digital presence, the platform cements yes’ position as a top-tier streaming provider.
