A refreshed look for a company on the move

Marking 117 years of impact in dermatology, we helped LEO Pharma launch a refreshed visual identity to express its new purpose: Together, we reach far beyond the skin. This update signals more than a design change. It connects the company’s legacy with its ambition to lead the future of medical dermatology. Purpose-led and digitally fit, the new visual identity gives employees, partners, and patients a clearer view of where LEO Pharma is headed and how it plans to get there.

Challenge

Reflecting a new direction through visual identity

In an industry shaped by rapid change, LEO Pharma had begun a transformation grounded in a new purpose and narrative. Yet its existing visual identity no longer represented its evolving ambition or future-focused and innovative mindset, limiting the impact of its renewed direction.


Approach

Purpose-led and digitally ready

We translated LEO Pharma's purpose into a modern visual identity, updating the historic 1911 logo for digital use while preserving its heritage.

Through close collaboration with the leadership team, LEO Foundation, and stakeholders, we built a unified identity rooted in meaning and designed for tomorrow.

A fresh and confident visual identity system

The final identity includes an updated logo, new colors, typography, imagery, and iconography. It balances history with forward motion, enabling LEO Pharma to clearly express who they are today – and who they are becoming – across every touchpoint in a connected, consistent way.
