An iconic extension to a much-loved system
Manyone partnered with Strauss Water, a leading provider of water purification and filtration systems, to innovate a compact, intelligent water dispenser for the home.
Building on the Edge+ product, the collaboration introduced a sparkling water module, the Edge+Bubble – that blends seamlessly into its environment while standing apart. Through bold canister design and thoughtful engineering, the product delivers a delightful user experience and propels the brand forward.
From technical component to design statement
Instead of hiding the gas canister, we made it the centerpiece, visually and functionally.
This shift challenged norms in sparkling water products and demanded a design that elevated the canister from hardware to hero, transforming it into an object of beauty and brand storytelling.
Easy, ergonomic, and intuitive canister insertion
Colorful canister labels transform the machine's look and open up new marketing opportunities
Beauty and usability, taken to production
We explored multiple mechanical solutions for seamless canister insertion, testing each through user trials and working prototypes. Precision shaped the transparent cover – turned to just the right cloudiness to reveal color and gradient without distraction – balancing aesthetics with clarity and ease of use.
Prototyping every detail to get it just right
Launching a new icon for the kitchen
Edge+Bubble has entered the market as a lifestyle-forward product – elegant, desirable, and built for daily use. Its launch campaign tapped into influencer culture, positioning it as a must-have for modern kitchens. The result? A beautifully engineered system delivering what Strauss Water calls “delicate soda.”
The Manyone team showed a great balance between design and development while ensuring the product meets the highest possible standards and lays the foundations for the future expansion of the Strauss Water product line.
