Opinion: When the world reopens it also needs to be re-invented

In Danish national daily Politiken, Manyone's Jens Martin Skibsted writes about the role of design in reimagining a post Covid-19 society.

"Every year, 200,000 Americans die prematurely due to air pollution. In Europe, the amount is 400.000. In Copenhagen alone, it's 3500 lives and these can almost be directly linked to our consumer patterns and means of transportation in modern society. Air pollution can cause reduced respiratory capacity in people, and that makes them highly vulnerable to the flu, pneumonia and COVID-19.

But it doesn't have to be that way. We have an opportunity to change this."
